We want you to love your CUCU Covers, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused covers in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
